BOOZED up students left Birmingham reeling after the latest Carnage bar crawl ended in familiar scenes of drunken depravity.
CARNAGE: These revellers show off the full range of emotions you experience on the Carnage bar craw
Hordes of students hit the city's Broad Street entertainment
district for the infamous night out in their official Carnage t-shirts.
Despite chilly temperatures female students squeezed themselves into skimpy outfits complete with rabbit ears and tails in line with last night's playboy bunnies theme.
In one photo a girl with her cleavage practically falling out is seen engaging in a blazing row with a male reveller.
STATE: It was all too much for this girl who ended the night weeping in a taxi
ROWDY: Lads with their t-shirts torn discuss their night out with a police officer
SCENES: A recent picture from a Carnage night in Liverpool
Once the night was finally over students headed off into the night in the search for food and a bed.
In one particularly shocking image a worse-for-wear girl is seen weeping hysterically in the back of taxi.
However despite Carnage's reputation for causing mayhem, West Midlands Police confirmed they logged no incidents while the ambulance service's paramedics did not have a single call out.
OUT: This revellers crossed off t-shirt means he is not allowed back in the final bar
ENDING IN STYLE: This girl decides to save money by avoiding using a taxi to get home
DAZED: Carnage nights are hugely popular with the UK's student population
HEADING OUT: Three girls make their way into one of the designated Carnage clubs
PARTY ALL NIGHT: Since launching Carnage has been a huge success
The event's organisers, Varsity Leisure Group, have been heavily
criticised in the past for encouraging binge drinking and anti-social
behaviour.
In 2009, 19-year-old student Philip Laing desecrated a poppy wreath in Sheffield and was later ordered to carry out 250 hours of community service and pay £185 cost after admitting outraging public decency.
