Scooping fuel, is it poverty or greed?

Not minding the danger of fire outbreak, some residents of Ijegun were seen scooping oil from vandalised pipelines that had become a pool of fuel. Vanguard  exclusively obtained this photo yesterday of residents of Ijegun Imoren, Oriade Local Council Development Area.


It would be recalled that 6 years ago a pipeline fire killed many people and destroyed property worth millions of naira.
