NO WAY THROUGH: Daniel Sturridge tries to take the ball around Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski

Sturridge squandered two big chances as Liverpool fell to a 2-1 FA Cup defeat to the Gunners.

The Reds striker opted not to shoot early and instead tried to take it past Lukasz Fabianski - but failed.

Ex-England star Wright - who scored 185 goals for Arsenal - told Radio 5Live: "Daniel Sturridge seems always to want to go round a keeper because his pace gets him there.
LEGEND: ian Wright is a hero at Arsenal

"He should just lift it over the goalie.
"Going round the goalkeeper means you must get everything absolutely right.
"These are the opportunities that he needs to take quickly, those half-chances you need to gobble up."
