USING Facebook has almost become second-nature to a lot of online users.
With social networking taking control of millions of internet
junkies every day, a new app has been developed to measure how many days
you've sat glued to the screen.
Facebook is celebrating its 10th year on the web and Time magazine's tech team have built the new app.
It shows Facebook's 1.1 billion users how addicted they really are to the website.
Facebook say an average user posts for 17 minutes on the site every day.
The app runs on how many posts a user makes in their feed since their account opened.
It tracks back to the estimated date a user created their profile, counting up the days that they has wasted posting on the site.
As you can see one of our team is close to wasting a whole month of his life.
I'm sure they will not "brag about it" anytime soon.
